1. Introduction

The Handi's Barbershopwebsite (hereinafter: "the Barbershop", "the Business" or "the Site") serves as a brand showcase site presenting men's haircut services, fades, beard grooming and related services, as well as for contact and appointment booking.

Use of the Site, including submitting details through forms, WhatsApp messages or email inquiries, constitutes full and informed consent to these Terms of Use and to the Business's privacy policy. The site management may update these terms from time to time, at its discretion, and the most recent version will apply from the moment it is published on the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

• All copyrights and intellectual property in the Site, including texts, design, code, logo, photographs, videos, illustrations and graphic materials, belong to Handi's Barbershop or to third parties who have granted lawful permission.
• Site content may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, translated, sold, commercialized or used in any other way without prior written approval from the Business.
• Any trademark, logo or brand name appearing on the Site is the property of its lawful owners.

3. Site Content and Permitted Use

• The content on the Site is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding professional commitment.
• There may be errors, inaccuracies or updates that have not been reflected in real time (for example prices, opening hours, appointment availability); reliance on the information on the Site is at the user's sole responsibility.
• It is strictly prohibited to use the Site in any way that may impair its proper operation, including breaching systems, attempting automated data collection, robotic scanning, disruption, copying source code or unlawful use of content.

4. Appointments, Inquiries and Service

• Inquiries are received through forms on the Site, email, WhatsApp or telephone. Submitting your details constitutes consent for the Business to contact you back.
• Appointments are booked through an external appointment booking system (for example Calmark or a similar system, according to what appears on the Site). Appointment availability, rescheduling/cancellation and additional terms may be subject to the system's terms.
• The estimated service time may vary depending on the type of service, workload, the condition of the hair/beard and coordination with the client.
• The content of the Site should not be regarded as a commitment to any specific result; the result depends, among other things, on hair type, face structure, home maintenance and the client's preferences.

5. Images, Gallery and Portfolio

• The Site may display images/videos of haircuts, beard grooming and the atmosphere at the barbershop for branding purposes only.
• Some of the photographs may include materials/products of third-party suppliers; their rights are reserved to their owners.
• We make every effort to avoid exposing personal information. If content that identifies you has appeared and you wish to have it removed, you may contact us and we will review the matter promptly.

6. Privacy, Cookies and Measurement Tools

• The Site may use cookies and analytics/marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or Meta Pixel, in order to analyze traffic, measure conversions and improve the user experience.
• Personal details submitted through the Site will be stored and handled in accordance with the Business's privacy policy, published on a dedicated page on the Site.
• Cookies can be blocked or deleted in the browser settings, however some functions on the Site may not work properly.
• Communications with the Business via WhatsApp, email or forms may be retained for service, documentation and service quality improvement purposes.

There may be links and/or embeds to external sites (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Maps, an appointment booking system and more). Handi's Barbershop is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies or their compliance with the law. Use of these sites is at the user's sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Site and digital services are provided "AS IS". The Business does not warrant that the Site will be available, secure or error-free at all times.
• Handi's Barbershop will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage arising from use of the Site, technical malfunctions, data loss or reliance on the information displayed on it.
• Any liability/commitment in respect of the services will be provided, if at all, in accordance with the Business's service policy and subject to coordination with the client.

9. Site Changes and Discontinuation

The site management may, at any time and without prior notice, change the structure of the Site, update content, temporarily suspend or discontinue the Site's operation, in whole or in part, without any liability towards users.

10. Data Security

• The Business implements reasonable and accepted measures to secure the Site (such as SSL, permissions and access controls).
• Nevertheless, there is no absolute security on the internet, and the Business will not be liable for damages caused by breaches, technical failures or misuse by third parties.
• The site management may block access, an IP address or a user who has engaged in unlawful or abusive use, at its discretion.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Site is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district, unless otherwise determined in a specific agreement between the parties.
